By creating an account or using WikiFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators and team members.
WikiFlow is provided for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the service to create or distribute harmful, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@healthyoperations.com of any unauthorized access. Each workspace administrator is responsible for managing their team's access and compliance.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to WikiFlow - articles, voice recordings, documents, and knowledge base entries. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service.
Articles generated by AI are drafts that require review by your team before publishing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all published content, including AI-assisted content.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime and provide email support with responses within one business day on paid plans. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (OpenAI, hosting infrastructure, integrations).
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination by you, the service continues until the end of the billing period. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
WikiFlow is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
