KBForge is provided for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the service to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to KBForge. We do not claim any rights to your articles, knowledge base content, or company data.
Articles generated by AI are reviewed by your team before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of published content.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.
KBForge is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
